Dr. Jill Plentl, DC.
A Little About Me
Hi! My name is Dr. Jill Plentl and I am the owner of Hope Chiropractic & Wellness Center. My formal education is in chiropractic, with advanced post-doctorate training in family health, pregnancy, pediatrics, and nutritional counseling.
My goal as a doctor is to give people HOPE for their current state of health. Too many people are suffering from chronic ailments such as headaches, digestive dysfunction, decreased energy, thyroid troubles, ADHD/ADD, etc., and feel that they have to accept these conditions as their “normal.” I am passionate about helping people find relief, and helping them achieve a level of health they never thought was possible. I strive to give them hope, and help them make the changes necessary to truly heal.
Health isn’t always a simple fix. It is an ongoing series of daily choices. Sometimes these choices are unclear or difficult to implement. When I can walk alongside a patient, supporting them on their journey to health, it is truly rewarding. And I am here to do just that – help in any way that I can!
I graduated with my Doctorate in Chiropractic from Parker University, in December of 2013. But that wasn’t the beginning of my journey. I have been a part of the chiropractic profession for nearly 13 years now. I began as a patient and then, after experiencing dramatic changes in my own health, I became a chiropractic assistant. The years I spent working in the chiropractic field were truly transformational. I saw countless patients overcome very difficult health conditions – patients who had lost their hope for healing before stepping into chiropractic. It is for these patients that I decided to become a doctor. It was an honor to play a role in their health as an assistant, but I wanted to do more – I wanted to see more people experience the amazing results of chiropractic care, and starting a practice of my own would allow me to do just that.
After many years of schooling, I achieved my dream and started the next phase of my journey – Hope Chiropractic and Wellness Center. I am on a mission to bring people HOPE, to shed light on difficult health situations, and to strive to do everything that I can to help those that God brings my way!

Outside of my love for running my chiropractic practice, I am a busy mom and enjoy spending as much time as possible with my family! My husband, Brandon, and my son, Charlie, are the light of my life. We are just beginning our journey as a family and look forward to how it will grow in the coming years.
We are actively involved in our church, Christian City Church DFW, and volunteer a lot of our time there. We coordinate the Welcome to Church team as well as hospitality. My husband is an amazing musician and guitarist who is an important part of the worship team. We absolutely love our church and the opportunity to serve in such a great arena.
